Why People Love Parotta

Most parotta’s varieties are of hard texture, but the ribboned parotta or the Malabari parotta variant is very soft and creamy in taste. Because of this quality, you can eat with any gravy, vegetarian or non-vegetarian, and it is exquisite. There are delicious combination dishes where the parotta is roasted/cooked with curry, for example, Kothu parotta and Kizhi parotta. Parotta is high in calories and can keep you charged for a long time.
